Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we're happy to help. Exchanges are processed at no additional cost and typically arrive within 7-10 business days of us receiving your original item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as final sale merchandise, clearance items, and custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the product description for any specific return restrictions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
